How pricing works

You pay for the space you use in the truck

No hourly rate, no mystery. We price by how much room your stuff takes up, we tell you the number before we start, and you pay when the job is done.

  • Minimum

    From $125

A small, standard pickup — our minimum starting charge.

  • ⅛ load

    $150

A few bulky items or a small pile.

  • ¼ load

    $225

A single room’s worth of household items.

  • ¾ load

    $550

A large garage, shed or attic.

  • Full load

    $725

A full truck or trailer — most whole-house cleanouts start here.

Our $125 minimum is a starting charge for a small, standard pickup — not a single-item price. Some individual items, like pianos, large sectionals or extremely heavy pieces, are quoted separately because of their size, weight, labor or disposal requirements.

What the price includes

  • Removal from anywhere on the property — you don’t have to move it out
  • All loading and labor
  • Hauling
  • Disposal, donation or recycling

The two units we run

  • 15-foot box truck — Enclosed, good for furniture and weather
  • 7×14 high-wall dump trailer — Open-top, good for debris and yard waste

They hold about the same, so the load-size pricing above is the same either way.

What can change the price

  • Heavy materials — construction debris, concrete, dirt, bricks and shingles
  • Specialty, oversized or unusually heavy items like pianos and large sectionals
  • Items in basements, upstairs, or hard-to-reach areas
  • Items that must be dismantled, cut apart or broken down first
  • Narrow doorways, long carries or limited truck access
  • Materials that carry additional or special disposal fees
  • Distance — jobs farther from our Hamilton shop may include a travel fee

A ¼ load of regular household items is $225. A ¼ load of dense construction material costs more — it takes the same space, but it weighs more, takes more labor, and costs more to dispose of.

Tires

  • Up to five tires — with or without rims

Tire pricing is quoted separately from the load-size rates. Tell us how many you have when you ask for a quote.

10% off for veterans and seniors, and curbside pickups may qualify for less.

Real jobs

Drag the handle. That’s our actual work.

Not stock photos, not a rendering. Three jobs our crew finished, photographed before we started and after we left.

  • The same garage swept clear, with only a small stack of new flooring left in the middle of the empty floor.
A two-car garage packed with renovation debris — broken drywall, offcut lumber, paint buckets and flooring boxes covering the floor.
Garage full of renovation debris — drywall, lumber, buckets and old flooring cleared, floor swept, in a single visit.
  • The same corridor emptied down to bare concrete, clear from end to end.
A block-walled storage corridor blocked with stacked mattresses, a mini fridge, storage totes, a table base and rolled bedding.
Commercial storage corridor — mattresses, appliances and tenant leave-behinds cleared so the space could be used again.
  • The same stretch of tree lawn completely clear, with only flattened grass where the pile stood.
A residential tree lawn piled with bins, a folding chair, rolled carpet, a table top and boxes waiting at the curb.
Curbside pickup — everything already gathered at the curb, which is the kind of job that can qualify for lower pricing.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

  1. Send photos, or book a free estimate

Text us pictures of what needs to go and your general location and we will quote it fast — usually within five minutes. Prefer someone to look at it in person? That visit is free.

  2. We confirm the price before we start

Before anything is loaded, we check the job against your quote — with you on site, or by phone or text if you would rather not be there. The number you agreed to is the number you pay.

  3. We haul it away — you pay when it’s done

We carry it out, load it and sweep up. Then pay however suits you — cash, check, card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or an online invoice — and your receipt comes by text or email.

What we take

“Will you take my…?” Almost certainly yes.

We’ll haul all of this

  • Furniture, couches and sectionals
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Appliances, fridges and washers
  • Televisions and electronics
  • Garage, basement and attic clutter
  • Construction and renovation debris
  • Yard waste, brush and storm debris
  • Hot tubs, sheds, decks and fences
  • Carpet and flooring
  • Office furniture and commercial clear-outs
  • Tires (up to five per pickup, priced separately)
  • Biohazard clean-outs — infestations, needles, animal waste

We can’t take these

  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Wet paint
  • Other flammable materials

Biohazard clean-outs are a different thing entirely, and we do take those — infestations, needles and animal waste included. Most companies won’t.

Ask about your item

Not your average

The name isn’t a joke, it’s the difference

Marlon’s brother came up with it. Five years on, it still describes what separates us from the franchise trucks.

  • You don’t have to sort it first

Most haulers want everything pre-sorted and piled before they arrive. Nothing needs cleaning or organizing first — mark what stays and we go through the rest as we load.

  • We take the jobs others turn down

Bed bug and roach infestations, drug houses with needles, animal waste. We have the gear for it and we show up for it.

  • The price is confirmed before we start

We quote from your photos, then confirm it before a single thing is loaded — in person, or by phone or text if you’re not home. No surprises at the end.

  • You pay when the job is done

No deposit up front. Pay by cash, check, card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or online invoice once the work is finished, and your receipt comes by text or email.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How much does junk removal cost?

Pricing is based mainly on how much space your items take up in our truck. The minimum starting charge is $125, a quarter load is $225, a half load is $400 and a full load is $725. Heavy materials, specialty items, stairs, difficult access or special disposal requirements can affect the final price. Send us photos and your general location and we will give you an accurate number.

Is the $125 a per-item price?

No. The $125 is our minimum starting charge for a small, standard pickup, not a single-item rate. Some individual items — pianos, large sectionals, extremely heavy pieces — are quoted separately because of the size, weight, labor or disposal they require.

Do I have to sort or move things before you arrive?

No. Many junk removal companies require everything to be pre-sorted and piled up before they will take the job. We sort through it ourselves and carry it out of wherever it is — upstairs, the basement, the back of the garage. Just mark what is staying. The crew can help make piles as it works; a job that needs extended sorting takes longer, so it can add labor to the price.

How fast can you get here?

We answer calls seven days a week, 7am to 10pm, and usually respond to a new inquiry within about five minutes. Jobs are scheduled Monday through Saturday, and many land the same or next day, though it depends on the week — summer and fall are our busiest seasons.

How do I get a quote?

Two ways. Text or send us photos of what needs to go along with your general location and we will quote it quickly, or book a free in-person estimate. Either way, the price is confirmed before we start loading — face to face if you are there, or by phone or text if you are not.

When and how do I pay?

After the job is done — there is no deposit up front. We take cash, checks, debit and credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and online invoice payments, and we can run your card ourselves or text you a payment link. Once you have paid, a receipt goes to the phone number or email you gave us.

What will you not take?

Explosives, ammunition, asbestos, fuel, unknown chemicals, wet paint and other flammable materials — plus anything the disposal facility won’t take. We don’t take whole vehicles either. Almost everything else is fair game, including the biohazard clean-outs most companies turn down: infestations, needles and animal waste. Tires, propane tanks, batteries, electronics and paint just need to be mentioned up front so we can plan for them.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes — 10% off for veterans and senior citizens. Curbside pickups, where everything is already gathered and ready to load, may also qualify for lower pricing.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Hamilton, Ohio and work across Butler, Warren, Hamilton and Montgomery Counties — including Cincinnati, Dayton, Middletown, Fairfield, West Chester, Mason, Lebanon, Kettering, Centerville, Beavercreek and Springfield — plus Northern Kentucky. Jobs farther from Hamilton may include a travel fee, which we tell you about in the quote.

What happens to everything you haul away?

Items that still have use are donated, resold or recycled where possible before anything goes to the landfill — though we cannot promise any particular item will be donated. If you want things to go to a specific charity, arrange it with them ahead of time and we can deliver them there for a small additional fee.

Do I need to be home for the job?

No. You are welcome to be there, but it is not required. We regularly finish jobs while customers are at work or away — we confirm everything by phone or text, and you give us an entry code or whatever instructions we need to get in.
