A dump trailer instead of a dumpster
A rented roll-off dumpster sounds simple until it arrives. It sits on your driveway for days, it can mark the concrete, some HOAs do not allow it, and you or your contractor still have to carry every piece of debris out and throw it over the side.
Our 7×14 high-wall dump trailer comes when the debris is ready and leaves full the same day. The crew does the carrying and loading, and nothing sits outside overnight.
Weight, not just volume
This is the one place our pricing works differently from a household job, and it is worth understanding before you get a quote. We price by how much space the load takes up in the truck — but a quarter load of household junk is $225, while a quarter load of dense construction material costs more.
Same space, more weight, more labor to carry, and higher disposal fees at the other end. Concrete, brick, dirt, tile, plaster and roofing shingles are the heavy ones. Tell us what the debris is made of when you send photos, and the quote will reflect it honestly.
Homeowners mid-project and the contractors doing the work
Most of our debris jobs are homeowners who did the demo themselves — a kitchen or bathroom gutted over a few weekends — and now need the evidence gone. We carry it out of the house or the garage, however it has been piled up.
If you are the contractor, the same logic applies: a crew that clears the site at the end of a phase can cost less than paying your own people to drive loads to the transfer station. Tell us the project schedule and we will work to it.
