This policy covers the information we collect through nyajunk.com. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you fill in a quote form on this site, we receive the name, phone number and ZIP code you enter, the description of what you need removed, and any photos and email address you choose to add. That is all we ask for, and we ask for it so we can quote your job and call you back.
If you call or text (513) 935-1400, we hold your phone number and whatever you tell us, the same as any business would.
How we use it
To prepare your quote, schedule your job, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below who help us run the site.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives quote form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Maps supplies the map on our contact page. That map only loads if you click to load it, so no Google cookies are set for you unless you ask for the map.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how the site is used and whether our advertising works. These record anonymous usage data, not the contents of your quote request.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Analytics cookies may be set by Google as described above, and your browser settings control whether you accept them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and insurance obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (513) 935-1400 and tell us what you would like us to do.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
