The short version

You pay for the space, confirmed before we start

Our pricing is primarily based on how much space your items take up in our truck. Standard pricing generally includes removal, loading, hauling and disposal. Heavy materials, specialty items, difficult access, stairs, excessive labor or special disposal requirements may affect the final price. Curbside pickups may qualify for lower pricing. Contact us with photos and general location for the most accurate estimate.

  1. How much space it takes

The starting point for every job. The more of the truck or trailer your items fill, the higher the load size.

  2. What it’s made of

Concrete, dirt, bricks, shingles and other dense material weigh more and cost more to dispose of than the same space of household items.

  3. Getting it to the truck

Stairs, basements, narrow doorways, long carries and anything that has to be taken apart first add labor.

Load sizes

What each load size costs

The green bar is how much of the truck your job fills. Same prices in our 15-foot box truck and our 7×14 high-wall dump trailer — they hold about the same.

  • Minimum

    From $125

A small, standard pickup — our minimum starting charge.

  • ⅛ load

    $150

A few bulky items or a small pile.

  • ¼ load

    $225

A single room’s worth of household items.

  • ¾ load

    $550

A large garage, shed or attic.

  • Full load

    $725

A full truck or trailer — most whole-house cleanouts start here.

Our $125 minimum is a starting charge for a small, standard pickup — not a single-item price. Some individual items, like pianos, large sectionals or extremely heavy pieces, are quoted separately because of their size, weight, labor or disposal requirements.

Included

What the price covers

  • Removal from anywhere on the property — you don’t have to move it out
  • All loading and labor
  • Hauling
  • Disposal, donation or recycling

You don’t pre-sort anything and you don’t carry anything to the curb. That’s part of the job, not an extra.

Can change it

What can move the price

  • Heavy materials — construction debris, concrete, dirt, bricks and shingles
  • Specialty, oversized or unusually heavy items like pianos and large sectionals
  • Items in basements, upstairs, or hard-to-reach areas
  • Items that must be dismantled, cut apart or broken down first
  • Narrow doorways, long carries or limited truck access
  • Materials that carry additional or special disposal fees
  • Distance — jobs farther from our Hamilton shop may include a travel fee

Every one of these is something we can see in your photos, which is why they end up in the quote rather than as a surprise on the day.

Same space, different price

Why a quarter load isn’t always $225

¼ load of household items

$225

Furniture, boxes, bags — the standard rate.

¼ load of construction debris

More than $225

Same space, but heavier, more labor, higher disposal fees.

A ¼ load of regular household items is $225. A ¼ load of dense construction material costs more — it takes the same space, but it weighs more, takes more labor, and costs more to dispose of.

Other charges you might see

Tires
We take up to five tires per pickup, with or without rims. Tire pricing is separate from the load-size rates — tell us how many you have and we’ll quote it.
Specialty items
Quoted separately — pianos, large sectionals, extremely heavy pieces
Travel fee
Only for jobs farther from Hamilton, and always in your quote
Delivery to a charity
A small additional fee, if you’ve arranged the donation yourself

Tires, specialty items and anything needing special disposal are quoted with the job, so you see the whole number before we start.

Paying less

Ways to bring the price down

  • 10% off for veterans and seniors

Just tell us when you call or book.

  • Have it ready at the curb

If everything is already gathered and ready to load, curbside pickups may qualify for lower pricing.

  • Send good photos

A wide shot of the pile, plus the stairs or the walk to the truck, gets you the most accurate number the first time.

From quote to paid

No deposit, and the price confirmed before we start

  1. Send photos, or book a free estimate

Text us pictures of what needs to go and your general location and we will quote it fast — usually within five minutes. Prefer someone to look at it in person? That visit is free.

  2. We confirm the price before we start

Before anything is loaded, we check the job against your quote — with you on site, or by phone or text if you would rather not be there. The number you agreed to is the number you pay.

  3. We haul it away — you pay when it’s done

We carry it out, load it and sweep up. Then pay however suits you — cash, check, card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or an online invoice — and your receipt comes by text or email.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Is the $125 a per-item price?

No. The $125 is our minimum starting charge for a small, standard pickup, not a single-item rate. Some individual items — pianos, large sectionals, extremely heavy pieces — are quoted separately because of the size, weight, labor or disposal they require.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Text or send us photos of what needs to go with your general location and we will quote it quickly, or book an in-person estimate — that visit is free too.

Can the price change once you arrive?

Before anything is loaded, the crew checks the job against your quote and confirms the price with you — in person if you are there, or by phone or text if you are not. The number you agree to is the number you pay.

Do stairs or a long walk to the truck cost extra?

They can. Items in basements, upstairs or other hard-to-reach spots, narrow doorways and long carries all add labor. Mention them when you send photos and they are counted into the quote up front rather than discovered on the day.

Is there a travel fee?

Jobs farther from our Hamilton shop may include a travel fee. If one applies to your job, it is part of the quote you approve before we book — never added afterwards.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No. You pay once the job is finished, unless we agree something else in advance. We take cash, checks, debit and credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and online invoice payments, and your receipt goes to the phone number or email you gave us.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes — 10% off for veterans and senior citizens. Curbside pickups, where everything is already gathered and ready to load, may also qualify for lower pricing.
